Should I take this trade?

I'm being offered Jeff Carter and Gustavsson for Shea Weber and Giguere. My centers are Oshie, Bozak, Cullen, and Comrie (who also plays wing). My defensemen are Doughty, Weber, Suter, Corvo, Gleason, and Orpik and I'm trying to get Campbell off waivers (on IR list - back in mid-Nov or Dec). 2 centers and 4 defensemen start. Stats are G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, GWG, SOG, W, GAA, SV%, SHO.
