Is a snake pixie a good name for a creature?

Not very creative. I'd call it a snixie. Maybe a vixie (viper-pixie?) Or a cobrie (cobra-pixie!) You can have fun inventing names for fantasy creatures. Like the other poster said, it doesn't even have to come from anything. You can totally make up a word.
