Any good campgrounds in Northwestern WA state? Preferably near Blaine, WA?

Please camp at Deception P State Park. It is the best. A little over an hour from Blaine. Just south of Anacortes on Whidbey Island. There is the beach, a lake, great facilities, many sights close to see.
