Does enabling cxmb.prx in Recovery Mode stop some of my games from working?

I recently found out how to get custom themes on my psp. My psp is custom firmwared, 5.00 M33-4, and i have popsloader installed. I put some custom themes on my psp, and am now using one. But after i started using it, two of my games in my memory card wouldn't work anymore and game me error code 800200D9, and says that the game could not be started. The games are Tales of Rebirth and Gundam Seed Rengou vs. ZAFT. They along with the other games in my memory stick have worked perfectly until i put the custom themes into my psp. Can someone please tell me what i did wrong?
