Is where i live haunted by ghosts?

Ok, I recently moved out of home (parents house) and now live with my friend, we share a house, we live downstairs, its like a garage/Chill area, but one wall isnt covered up, its a wooden wall with big planks with gaps in them. so its like 90% indoor and 10% outdoor. When I lived at My parents house i did lots of ouija board due to curiosity, I did the ouija board as intense as I could to get a sign or reaction or something, a few nights later something very cold and fuzzy touched my shoudler whilst in bed, resting its hand over my shoulder, thats when i started beleiving in... paranormal kinda stuff... Okay - So now that im at my new place, weird things have been happening , Im not aware of any sort of paranormal history, its just a beach house in australia, sometimes home alone I have heard Loud footsteps upstairs, Then looked outside, and no cars are on the drive, and i Know nobody is home but me. I hear creaks in the night, I see things flash and move quickly in the corner of my eye, when I look, nothings there. at this time of night 11-1.00 I do feel as tho, im slightly not alone , and sometimes my things go missing, like I was with my friends right here, My phone was on the Cofee table , i walked into the other room, came back, looked for my phone, we searched everywhere under the couches teh floor, stripped the cofee table, I turned around, sat down, then looked at the Cofee table, and there it was. Strange things have been occuring, logical explination for all this? or are there some strange paranormal things occuring ?
