Did I fail!?? How did my interview go?

Every job interview I have attended I was always hired but did not know that at the end of the interview and had to wait patiently for them to call because there are other interivewees that have to be considered by the person who does the hiring. If you show up 10 minutes before the interview then that is a big plus because that means you are reliable. If you show up 30 minutes early then that means you are desperate and if you show up late then forget it.
