Job in Abu Dhabi / Bahrain 1400USD salary per month..?

can i actually survive and have at least an amount left for me if i work there with 1400USD salary per month? i don't go out at night, i shop for basic needs like clothes, food, etc, and transportation. also, have to rent a flat for myself there.. is 1400USD enough?
