Where should i live, with my dad who is fun and where im happy, or my mom where im guarunteed a collage ed.?

My problem is, at my fathers i have all my friends and a steady girlfriend, but I'm flunking out of high school,and my house is crappy,,,but at my moms it is a very nice house, and i am guaranteed acceptance to any collage of my choice because of her meticulous urge to push me.
