TrueLife or anti-glare?

I'm looking forward to buy the dell inspiron 1525 but just can't make up my mind about whether to choose the anti-glare or the glossy screen. what i need to know is that whether they're both made of the same material. i mean as a new laptop i want it to have that shiny plastic screen. but by reading the reviews most poeple regret getting the TrueLife display as it reflects alot, although it's also known as the anti-reflective screen. so which one is best
