Ballet shoes problem!?

I used to do ballet but stopped now I'm 19 and I'm starting again. But now that the internet is available I would like to buy my shoes online. The question is if I'm a size seven in real shoes what size should I order should I order the same size or a smaller size since ballet shoes should be snug? Also what are some good brands? I've heard about copezio and blotch are they good?
