What's the best Hair Color for me?

I personally wouldn't go with black, since it tends to make you look very pale, particularily in the winter. Now, paleness isn't always so bad, like when paired with blue eyes, which black hair really compliments. However, I think the combo of very dark eyes and very light skin may look good with a warm reddish-brown, such as Jenny Lewis or Kate Nash' hair. However, if you aren't ready for that colour, maybe a lightish brown... But I can't think of any good examples!
