Scholarships for dropouts?

Due to recent problems, I had to drop out of college after only a year of attending. I am one of 14 children, and finances were getting tight. Even after all the grants and few scholarships I was given, I am still in debt. I am not aloud to go back to school unless I find a way to pay off the current $21,000 I owe. ANy suggestions??
