Skin problems? D: I need help. (Sebum/Scarring/Blackheads)?

I have very bumpy skin, on my cheeks. My skin is fragile and easily scarred. And there is alot of small sebum pockets that squeezable. Sometimes they get red, and pus comes along with it. Its mainly all very tiny, and it irks me everytime. I wash it everyday regularly, with a scrubber even. But it just comes along really fast, like a few hours they appear gain. What can I do? (P.S. I have tried tea tree treatment.) By the way, I'm a teenager and I'm a dude.
