Should I repeat Algebra 1?

hi...i need advice...im a freshman in highschool and im in algebra 2 right now. I've used Saxon math books all my life and now the alg. 2 book is "Prentice Hall". its been taking me around 2 hours every night to do about 65 questions and i know thats too long. (im only on the fourth lesson in alg.2) should i go back to alg. 1 and get refreshed on the basics of algebra, and do alg.2 next year? (im going to be in cross country this year and i get home late so i dont have time to spend three hours on hw)
