Mixing Fluoxetine (20 mgs) and Ibuprofen (1 tablet)?

You'll be fine. I have used fluoxetine for years and also taken ibuprofen, and I've never had a problem. If you are worried, though, it wouldn't hurt to have a chat with your doctor.
