Honestly I think you're too young for him, that he knows it, and he isn't really looking for a relationship. If you wanna tell him, tell him in person. If it'd scare him off, then you'd know for sure he wasn't really serious with you. If he'd stick around, he probably is, but I still think you wouldn't last, sorry.
