How long does it take for post mail to be delivered from New Jersey, USA to Ottawa, Canada?

I have asked TOEFL program team to post my TOEFL report to the university of Ottawa. They told me it was sent to the university on 21 of March 2008. But it hasn’t yet been received by the university. How long does this process take? The TOEFL organization is located in New Jersey and university of Ottawa is inside Canada.
