How do i win this madden '07 situation?

My roomate is playing as the colts, and i'm playing as the broncos. i suck at this game and he's been talking **** about it all week so i'd really like to beat him. He's pretty predictable, he throws deep almost all the time and never runs. He never fake hikes the ball, and he always goes for a 2 point conversion. when he's up alot he almost always does onside kicks for the hell of it.. I have a hard time covering his wide recievers and stopping payton manning... but i do have champs baily at my disposal and would like to get as many interceptions as possible. Any idea how to beat this kid? I'd like to do some tricky work with audibles because he has no idea how to do a defensive audible.. i played him once before, held my own but lost because he injured plummer. I kinda want to crush him this game, so any tips would be greatly appreciated. :)
