HELP!!! is my computer broken?!?!?

I turned off my computer by force by pressing the turn on on for several seconds, because i was in a hurry. After i turned it on again, i noticed that it took much longer to turn on. And after the welcome sign was done by fading into black, my screen was just black fo about 2 minutes. then finally my computer start up. But when it start up, nothing was working. Such as my anti virus program (Bitdefender), my wireless wasnt working so i couldnt connect to the internet. The wireless network thing says that "The dependency service or group failed to start" and most programs just came up as errors. what is the problem? mines windows vista basic
